THE NEED FOR BiTEK UNIVERSAL DOSING SYSTEM

Many different liquid feed additives are proved ineffective due to inadequate application. This can result in reduction of the distribution and coverage of the chemical in the feed. Droplet size, nozzle positioning, spray pattern, flow rates and pressure can all negatively impact on the effectiveness of the chemical being dosed. This is compounded when there is no mixer present and liquid additives have to be applied in an auger.

Liquid feed additives are often added at low inclusion levels of only up to 0.4% in the feed, so the "how" and "where" of the application is extremely important.
